Placing an order

To place an order, simply find the product(s) you wish to purchase on DashSigns.com, click on a predesigned template, customize it, and checkout.

Do you accept cash or check?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept cash or check payments. We do accept most major credit cards. If this is an important feature for you, let us know.

How secure is my transaction?

Extremely secure. We use cutting edge processing technologies via Stripe. These are the same guys that power Lyft, Pinterest, Twitter and Instacart. Our card processing is PCI Compliant, and our site is secured by an SSL Certificate.

How do I change my order?

If you think there might be an error in your order, or you need to change your order, please chat with us. We are dedicated to providing you with a great experience, and one of our support reps will be happy to walk you through the change order process.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please chat with us. In most cases, cancelling your order is no big deal. We understand. For more information, you can check out our refund policy.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of receiving the orders. If you're in a hurry, or need your order faster, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.

What if I need my order faster?

Please chat with us. Our reps can pretty quickly assess whether or not we'll be able to hit a deadline. If you've already ordered, and we can't make it in time, we understand, and will be happy to give you a refund.

Who is printing my order?

We have a number of printing & supply partners that help us fulfill orders. We are also in the process of building our in-house manufacturing facility. Our founders have over 30 years of experience in the sign & graphics industry, and have been very selective about our manufacturing partners. If your order is not being produced in house, you can rest assured that your items will be accurate and high quality.

How do you use my information?

Our privacy policy goes into greater detail, but in plain terms, we:

  • NEVER store your information in an unsafe or insecure manner
  • MAY store your information in our support system, to better serve you
